Parmesan-herb popcorn
Sometimes you’re just not in the mood for boring, microwave popped popcorn and want to mix things up a little bit. Here, after the popcorn is popped, simply add buttered-flavored cooking spray (instead of actual butter to help reduce the calories), a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese, some powdered buttermilk, garlic salt, and dried dill. Toss it all together and you have the perfect movie night treat or midday snack. If you can’t find it or don’t have any handy, you can omit the buttermilk powder. Just be sure to increase the Parmesan cheese to 1 Tbsp. to make up for it. You should feel free to experiment with your favorite spices and dried herbs to figure out your own ideal popcorn recipe.
